SALON OWNER  | MASTER STYLIST

Jay Eklund has been in the Cosmetology industry for over 30 years. In 2009 he opened Reveal Hair with the vision of brining unmatched quality and service to the Tucson community. Jay has been a Platform Artist with Framesi North America for nearly two decades. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States, as well as internationally, to teach fellow hairstylists cutting edge techniques and modern styles. As a leader in the industry, he strives to continually educate himself in this exciting and always changing environment in order to perform above and beyond his clients' expectations. 

SALON MANAGER | STYLIST

Brianna Eklund has been our Director of First Impressions for several years, providing exceptional customer service to each client that comes through our door. She has now taken her presence in the salon to a new level.  As the first graduate of Arizona's Apprentice Program for Cosmetology, she received an education in salon under our Master Stylists on staff. Brianna has been a vital part of our floor team for five years now!

As Reveal's new Director of First Impressions, Sam is eager to continue our mission of creating an unmatched salon experience from the moment you walk through our door.  As a Tucson native, she is familiar with the effects our weather can have on our hair. She is more than happy to help you on the backend of your appointments with finding the perfect products for your every individual need. As the Front Desk Manager, she'll love to answer any questions you may have and keep you updated on the salon.

"With over 25 years of experience, I am passionate about delivering top-tier beauty services in a refined and comfortable environment. My specialties include color formulation, corrective color, precision cutting, and both classic and contemporary styling, all designed to surpass client expectations. A strong dedication to ongoing education has been key to my success, with training from Sassoon Acadamy, L'Oreal, and Wella, as well as hands on experience styling for leading designers at New York fashion week. As the West Coast coordinator for Shu Uemura, I have created innovative looks for editorial shoots and contributed to the industry as a columnist and social media strategist for a premier San Francisco Bay Area salon. My career has taken me from the Bay Area to the renowned Canyon Ranch Resort, where I have had the privilege of working with celebrities and global trendsetters, always striving to help clients look and feel their absolute best."

Tina is a master stylist with over 35 years of creative experience. Her passion for learning and teaching has made every day a pleasure. Focusing on beautiful hair, for each individual, is her primary philosophy.

"Hi, my name is Kirk Hughes. I've worked in salons for 42 years. I specialize in senior citizens. I do shampoo and sets, blow-dry styles on shorter hair styles, along with cuts and perms. Pretty much old school! My guests range in age from 65 to 102 years at this time."

Teri has been providing manicure and pedicure services to clients in the foothills for over 40 years. She just celebrated her 7-year anniversary with us at Reveal Hair! "My greatest joy is the smile, friendship and knowing I have made the client look and feel better because of the service I provide."

Emily is a passionate junior stylist with a keen eye for detail and a love for transforming hair! With guidance and training from our two master stylists, she has honed her skills in every service. Her dedication and personalized practice have helped her build a loyal clientele. As she continues to build her crafts, she is committed to delivering exceptional results while creating lasting relationships.
