Your first visit is an opportunity for us to get to know you, your hair, and what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll take time for a thorough consultation before getting started so we can create a plan that feels right for you.
If you’re unsure which service is the best fit, don’t worry! Our team is happy to help guide you. When in doubt, reach out to our front desk before booking and we can help determine the appropriate appointment.
If you have inspiration photos, feel free to bring them along. They’re a wonderful way to help us understand what you love. Most importantly, come prepared to have an open conversation about your hair history, maintenance routine, and what you’d like to achieve.
For most services, there’s no need to arrive with freshly washed hair. We’ll take care of everything needed to prepare your hair for your service. If your stylist recommends otherwise for a specific appointment, we’ll let you know.
We understand that life happens. If you’re running behind, please give us a call as soon as possible. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, arriving significantly late may require us to adjust or reschedule your service.
We understand that schedules can change, and we are always happy to accommodate when possible. Because each appointment is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a nonrefundable 50% deposit for future bookings.
We recommend scheduling your next appointment before you leave, particularly if you have a specific stylist or timeframe in mind. This allows us to reserve the time that works best for your maintenance schedule.
We love building long-term relationships between our guests and their stylists, but we understand that schedules and needs change. Our team works together, and our front desk is always happy to help you find the right appointment when your usual stylist isn’t available.
Your stylist will recommend the best way to care for your color based on your hair and the service you received. We’ll also help you choose products that support the longevity, condition, and overall appearance of your hair at home.
